Maggie McBride
I was born and raised in International Falls, MN. I graduated in 1969 from FHS, 1971 from RRCC and 1973 from Winona State University with a BS Degree in Business Education. In the summer of 1971 I married Brian McBride. We have lived in International Falls all of our married life, as well as our 3 daughters and 5 grandkids. I have had many jobs throughout these years: teacher, Boise Accounting Department, substitute teacher, Alternative School teacher and a Para Professional position at FHS. I am presently retired, but substitute teach when I'm not travelling. I joined the Food Shelf board in October 2016. After talking with past board members on how rewarding this volunteer position is, I joined! The main things I have been involved with are the "Coach Bingo Event," helping with the move to Backus, recruiting groups to do the "12 Days of Christmas Food Drive," and "Cards for a Cause Fundraiser" and making up the gift baskets. It is so rewarding helping with these projects for our community. We have such generous people to make a difference in so many lives.

Lynn Stevens
Lynn has been happily retired since 2017, when she moved north from the Twin Cities to Littlefork. In her working career she spent 24 years with the Fairview Health System and in 2002 accepted a Directorship in Nutritional Services with Allina Health. For Lynn this was a very challenging and rewarding career with the new focuses on healthy eating.
She is very passionate about all the work being done in addressing food hunger in this community and am happy to join this board. Her personal goal along with reaching those in need of food is to build in some nutritional education that may support a healthy life style when it comes to food. Lynn is looking forward to the work we will be doing in Koochiching County.
Lynn is lead volunteer for the Littlefork Shelf.
